1969 Foundation of a 2-person business concern specialized on baked goods. Establishment of a Tyrolean fresh produce delivery service. 1998: sale of this commercial line to ÖLZ
1986 Beginning of in house production
1998 Opening of a new business centre at the autobahn exit "hall west", excellent transport infrastructure within the logistic zone
2004 Investment into design and packaging. Nationwide represented in Austria, South Tyrol and Switzerland
2005 Trade and Production innovations: the "Linzerstangerl" and the "Linzerauge" can be purchased in individual snack packages. Development of a new product line including spelt and palatinose.
2006 New products and packaging models: Dips, cakes, Nussaugen, protective metal foil to keep the aroma
2007 Expansion of location in Hall: new machines and seal packaging systems
2008 Expansion of the management board by involving Siegfried Valentin Gaber, investment into a new machinery system makes three-shift production possible
