Traditional industries are being considered to be less creative. But Gaber’s Gusto short pastry cake can be seen as an innovation concerning baked goods. On the one hand side natural and healthy ingredients are included on the other hand side it is exceptional due to its high- tech components.



2007/01/15: All inclusive – Dip Sticks
Dip Sticks – that’s the name of the latest product innovation of Gaber! Developed especially for the young and mobile generation. The Tyrolean producer of qualitative baked products combines his strengths again: highest quality and intelligent packaging.


2006/12/15: Gold, Silver, Bronze!
In 2006 the Tyrolean family business GABER participated in a competition of the German Agricultural Society DLG. All submitted products won a medal: GABER received one gold, three silver and two bronze medals.

Half yearly figures work up the appetite for more: Gaber denotes a boom with the single packages “Linzerstangerl” and “Linzeraugen”. The fitness – biscuit becomes more and more successful.


2006/05/30: New product line: wholemeal-spelt biscuit with palatinose
A sweet thrill with pleasant side effects? A long term solution for the root cause called sugar: Palatinose. Gaber combines palatinose with wholemeal and spelt. Due to this combination the biscuit is the ideal energy source for physical and mental activity.


2006/04/24: Bio blister and fitness biscuit
The product is what matters, but the packaging is what catches the customer’s eye. The “fitness – biscuit” presents itself in a bio-degradable blister, consisting of corn starch.
